Egypt here i come!

Egypt was kind of boring. It is the 38th largest country and the capital is Cairo. The population is 82,999,000 and the area is 1,062,450km. The language they speak is standard Arabic and the total GDP per capita is $2,161. The mediterranean sea is to the north and the Red sea is to the east. It is in South America next to Libya, Sudan and Saudi Arabia. The two main atractions that i went and saw is The pyramid of Giza and the great Sphinx. the pyramid of Giza was built in 2560 B.C. It is the oldest and largest of the three pyramids in the Giza. It was the tallest man made structure for over 3,000 years and is made with more than 2.3 million limestone blocks. The Great sphinx is 65 feet high and 260 feet long and 20 feet wide. It has a body of a lion and a face of a man. The name was given by it's likeness to a great legend near the banks of the Nile.

Second stop..... France!

My second stop was france! i loved it there. The capital is Paris and they speak french there. The population is 65,073,482 and the total area is 674,843km. The GDP per capita is $39,922. France is west of Europe and east of the Atlantic ocean. It borders Italy, Switzerland, Germany, and Belguim. The sight i was most interested in was the Eiffel tower. It is located in Paris, France. It was built 1887-1889 and is used for an observation tower and a radio broadcasting tower. Its beside the Seine river and has become the global icon of France. It was named after the designer Gustave Eiffel. It is the 5th tallest structure abd weighs 7,300 tons. The Eiffel tower was a worlds fair marking the celebration of the French Revolution. It was beautiful during the night when it was all lit up. I would love to go here again.

My first stop was Greenland! i was very excited to get to come here. I had a great time. The capital of Greenland is Nuuk. The weather was very cold there and has a lot of iceburgs and ice flows. Their official language there is Greenlandic and their ethnic groups are 88% Inuit and 12% Europeans (mostly danish). The population is 57,564 and the GDP per capita is $20,000. The total area is 2,166,086km and 83.1% of it is water. The atlantic ocean borders the southeast of Greenland, The Greenland sea is east, the artic ocean is north, and Baffin bay is west. Greenland contains the worlds largest national park and worlds largest island. The sight that was cool to see was the Ilulissat Icefjord. It is one of the few glaciers through which the ice cap reahes the sea. It's assumed great importance to increasing concerns around the climate change. It's located on the west coast. That was my trip to Greenland! It was cold but very pretty.
